MSU student throws ZESA BOSS under the bus

…he forcibly sent me n_udes and $1 for data bundles, female student says

It rains but never pours for a Zesa boss Christopher Mundembe as the student accusing him of sexual harassment told the court that he would forcibly send her nudes accompanied by money to buy data bundles.

The court was left in stitches when the girl was narrating her ordeal saying, “I even advised him to stop sending me nudes for it was exhausting my bundles. He would then send me $1 bundle so that he could continue sending the pictures.”

In defense Mundembe said all the issue was a mere fabrication as he only knew the girl as someone he warned to stop spreading lies at the institution that they were lovebirds.

Mundembe pleaded not guilty to charges of indecent assault when he appeared before Chinhoyi Regional Magistrate Christine Nyandoro, on Wednesday, 17th of April.

Mudembe through a lawyer will now file an application for discharge at the close of the state case.

The Chinhoyi based Zesa HR manager made news headlines when bedroom images of him in the act with another MSU student Tsakie Tsakani Chauke leaked online.
