ED meets Nguema Mbasogo

Visiting Equatorial Guinea President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo says the good relations between Zimbabwe and his country will continue explaining that he is in the country to support his counterpart President Emmerson Mnangagwa following his ascension into the driving seat.

During the talks Vice President Dr Constantino Chiwenga was also in attendance.

Speaking to journalist after meeting President Mnangagwa for almost three hours at the State House this evening, President Mbasogo said his country will continue supporting Zimbabwe and look for new areas of cooperation.

President Mnangagwa in turn said President Mbasogo has always been coming to Zimbabwe and he will continue to do so now and in the future.

Later, president Mnangagwa hosted a dinner for the visiting Equatorial Guinea President.
