Zimbabwe Warriors have been praised for raising the country’s flag during the recently ended COSAFA Cup tournament.
They won the cup for a record 6th time against determined opposition.
Football top boss Mr Phillip Chiyangwa said both the Warriors and Mighty Warriors represented the country with pride and distinction both before and his tenure as ZIFA president.
Warriors players will each receive $1000 as bonus following the COSAFA Cup win.
The Mighty Warriors, who participated at the Rio Olympics will also receive $1000 each deposited into the accounts courtesy of the Ministry of Sport.
