The City of Harare (CoH) is engaging debt collectors in an effort to force difficult clients to pay up what they owe the local authority.
According to CoH, this will enhance revenue collection and ensure all service consumers contribute towards service delivery.
Council is owed more than ZW$8 billion.
Meanwhile, the city recently named the ruling party ZANU-PF as one of its biggest debtors.
