Zimbabwe’s Public Sector unions have called for a two day nationwide strike on 27 & 28 July 2022.
They are demanding the restoration of value of their wages to pre-October 2018 (over 500 USD).
Zimbabwean wages have been eroded by inflation which is the highest in the world, amid rampant corruption.
