Harare City Council is convening a Special Council meeting to deal with the City Parking challenge.
The meeting is likely to lead to a reduction in the charges for traffic law violations.
Some of the key areas to be deliberated include conduct of traffic enforcement team and traffic budgeted fees.
Harare Mayor Jacob Mafume says the local authority has received a lot of complaints on the subject adding that the fines were not introduced by this current set of councillors.
