Zimbabwe’s State Security minister Owen Ncube, who is in charge of the country’s dreaded agency, Central Intelligence Organisation could be removed from the powerful post.
Ncube is a close political ally of President Emmerson Mnangagwa, and as cabinet changes loom, he might lose the post.
This is coming amid signs of renewed deadly internal strife in government and the ruling party.
The just ended ruling party internal elections saw the downfall of people like Ezra Chadzamira, a known Mnangagwa ally.
