Chief Justice Luke Malaba off the hook, High Court delivers ruling in his favor

High Court judges Justice Amy Tsanga and Justice Sylvia Chirawu-Mugomba have released their judgement on embattled Chief Justice Luke Malaba contempt of court application.

The judges concurred with Malaba’s lawyers that Supreme Court appeal of May 15 judgement nullified order of the High Court.
