Speaker of Parliament Advocate Jacob Mudenda has ordered Citizens Coalition for Change vice President Biti Tendai and Secretary General Charlton Hwende and other members out of the House to remove their yellow neckties.
Yellow is the CCC theme colour and it has caused chaos in Parliament as those wearing the colour were told to leave the house.
Meanwhile, Biti has vowed to challenge Mudenda’s order of trying to send CCC MPs out of the House over the yellow colour.
Apparently, Mudenda has advised newly sworn-in members of parliament that the law requires them to declare their assets within 60 days.
