Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) leader Nelson Chamisa could have been caught offside several times for ‘saying that he seldom practices‘, including his debasing claims in the run-up to the 2018 harmonised elections insinuating that he had a one-on-one telephone conversation with then US leader Donald Trump, but doubting Thomases may be forgiven for believing ‘the lying president’ when he says his mission is to familiarise the main opposition party with Zimbabwe’s rural communities.
True to his word, Chamisa is expected to turn the sleepy Bulilima West district yellow this Friday when his CCC train invades the debatably underdeveloped and marginalised Madhlambudzi Business Center in Matabeleland South Province.
During the time of publishing, Zwnews could not immediately verify if the opposition party had the blessings of the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) for its Bulilima West Star Rally which is expected to take place between 0900am and 1700hrs this Friday.
