High Court judge Justice Pisirayi Kwenda has expressed displeasure over Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) lawyers’ conduct.
This comes after only one CCC lawyer Obey Shava turned up for his judgement earlier.
CCC lawyers Alec Muchadehama, Agency Gumbo and Charles Kwaramba absconded court as Kwenda delivered judgement.
“Respondents have decided to abscond… It’s being disrespectful. Their default is wilful and contemptuous.”
