State run Zimbabwe United Passenger Company (ZUPCO) has doubled its fares.
As chronic high inflation continues to erode Zimbabwean incomes, Zupco is doubling fares with effect from midnight.
A 20km will now cost ZW$300, up from ZW$140 or US50 cents.
