HARARE: Tajamuka leader Promise Mkwananzi has been arrested by the police and is currently being detained at Harare Central Police station.
Promise Mkwananzi held a press conference earlier today on clashes between police and vendors, moments later police raided the place and arrested him.
The charge is not yet known though some sources say police are accusing him of “incitement of public violence”.
