Kenya’s top court, Supreme Court has upheld the August 9 presidential vote that showed William Ruto as the winner.
Court found out that the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission conducted a verifiable and credible election consistent with the country’s electoral laws.
Ruto to be sworn in September 13.
The came after veteran opposition Raila Odinga filed lawsuit challenging Ruto’s win.
