Bravo bus accident leaves 3 people dead on Bulawayo Victoria Falls road

Three people were killed on the spot while several others were injured when a Bravo bus was involved in a road accident early today.

According to eye witnesses, the bus overturned near Halfway Hotel along the Bulawayo-Victoria Falls highway in the early hours of today, killing three passengers on the spot.

There has been a spat of deaths caused by poor driving and bad roads in Zimbabwe recently.

While motoring associations and drivers point to the state of roads as main problem, Zimbabwe’s police has been on record blaming ‘poor driving and the state of vehicles’ as number one reason for the increase in road carnage.

Three days ago, about 8 people perished when their vehicle was involved in head-on collision along Harare-Masvingo road.
