An African Development Bank (AfDB) Group delegation, led by its Acting Vice President Yacine Fal has today held a meeting with Minister of Finance Mthuli Ncube in Harare.
AfDB says its discussions focused on clearing the country’s arrears and on ongoing reforms.
Zimbabwe owes US$716m to AfDB, according to Treasury data.
Meanwhile, on another note, Implats CEO Nico Muller says Zimbabwe is the best jurisdiction to operate in owing to predictable operating environment, least disruption and best safety record, among others.
He adds that it allows them to continue expanding their interest in the country.
