The City of Harare (CoH) which has been carrying out operations against kombis has outlined what is needed for a kombi to legally operate in the capital.
The local authority has for years been at loggerheads with kombi operators accusing them of violating city transport by-laws.
Kombis have been blamed for disorder and confusion in the city. Apparently, below are the requirements for Kombis to operate in Harare.
