The Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) Medical Committee chairperson, Dr Edward Chagonda says people should be vaccinated for fans to be allowed back at match venues as is happening elsewhere.
The football mother body says about 99% of football players and administrators have already been inoculated.
Meanwhile, entry into stadia is restricted by the Central African Confederation.
